10wim Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 10wim platform — including its sportsbook, casino, slots, live betting, and coin reward features — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of 10wim regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access the platform.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 10wim. Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 10wim account. Any inaccuracy in account information that results in a failure to comply with KYC or AML requirements may lead to account suspension.

Account Security

Deposits

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is not deemed accepted until a bet reference number has been issued and confirmed on screen. 10wim reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets placed on events where pricing errors have occurred or where irregular betting patterns are detected. Bets placed after an event has commenced — where in-play betting is not offered — will be void.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined under the applicable rules; the odds were posted in error and constitute a manifest error; or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the player's account wallet.

Manifest Errors

Where odds are published in manifest error — including but not limited to human input error, technical system error, or data feed corruption — 10wim reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of whether they have been settled. 10wim's determination of whether an error constitutes a manifest error is final.

10wim offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of crediting. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Using insider information relating to the outcome of any sporting event to place bets — this includes any information obtained in connection with match-fixing.
• Conducting chargebacks, payment reversals, or any other form of fraudulent financial claim against 10wim.
• Accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the 10wim platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of 10wim or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 10wim platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, public display, or commercial exploitation of any platform content without the prior written consent of 10wim.

The 10wim name, logo, and all associated marks and trade dress are trademarks of 10wim. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions confers any right to use 10wim's trademarks without express written permission.

10wim collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this document. By registering an account on 10wim, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10wim will never sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or legitimate operational necessity.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits 10wim's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10wim takes its obligations in respect of responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides the following tools to all registered account holders at no charge and with immediate effect upon request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 10wim account. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increases to limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period across all platform activity.
